These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the mineph platform, including all games, wagering, account management, deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses. By accessing mineph, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

By accessing, registering on, or using the mineph platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the mineph Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms issued from time to time.

Each individual may register only one (1) active account on mineph. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the registration details used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
mineph reserves the right to refuse registration, terminate accounts, or withhold pending withdrawals if registration information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or associated with fraudulent activity. The use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy services, or other tools to disguise your true location during registration is prohibited.
In compliance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gaming mandates, mineph is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time based on account activity.
Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys), valid Philippine passport, Land Transportation Office (LTO) driver's licence, Social Security System (SSS) card, UMID card, and Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID.
In addition to a primary ID, mineph may request proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), source of funds declaration, or enhanced due diligence documentation for high-value transactions. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until such documentation is received and verified.
The minimum deposit on mineph is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). There is no maximum single deposit limit, though specific payment methods may carry their own transaction ceilings as published in the mineph cashier interface.
mineph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT (TRC-20 network). Availability of payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. Only current, valid payment methods as displayed in the mineph cashier at the time of transaction are available.
All deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. mineph will not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal sources.
Withdrawals from your mineph account balance may be requested at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your account has completed KYC verification; (b) there are no pending bonus wagering requirements applicable to the withdrawal amount; (c) there is no active fraud investigation or account review; and (d) the requested withdrawal meets the minimum threshold of ₱500.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, where technically feasible. mineph does not transfer withdrawals to third-party accounts, including accounts not registered in the name of the player.
Standard withdrawal processing timeframes are as follows: GCash and PayMaya — up to 30 minutes (verified accounts); Bank Transfer — 1 to 3 business days; USDT — typically within 2 hours subject to blockchain confirmation. All stated timeframes are indicative and may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or for accounts undergoing compliance review.
mineph may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programs to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's terms, the following standard bonus conditions apply across all mineph promotions:
All games available on mineph — including live dealer games, slots, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective individual game rules as displayed within the game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
All random number generation (RNG) in mineph's electronic games is certified by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional croupiers operating under audited dealing procedures. Game outcomes on mineph are not influenced by bet size, account history, or any factor other than the certified randomisation process.
Game results are final upon round completion. Technical malfunctions — including disconnections, software errors, or interrupted streams — that demonstrably affect a game outcome may result in the affected round being voided at mineph's sole discretion. In such cases, wagers placed on the voided round will be returned to the player's balance.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on mineph and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR:
mineph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, applicable Philippine law, or PAGCOR regulations.
Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, mineph reserves the right to withhold withdrawable balances pending investigation. Where a breach involves fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering, mineph may permanently forfeit the entire account balance after completing its internal review process in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their mineph account may do so at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closures for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are processed separately in accordance with mineph's Responsible Gaming Policy.

All content, materials, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, game assets, graphical elements, and other intellectual property present on the mineph platform are the exclusive property of mineph or its duly licensed third-party providers and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mineph platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any mineph content without prior written authorisation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mineph, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or losses resulting from technical failures, interruptions, or delays beyond mineph's reasonable control.
mineph's total aggregate liability to any player for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the date on which the liability arose.
Nothing in this clause limits mineph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. PAGCOR's regulatory framework takes precedence over these Terms in any matter where Philippine gaming regulations impose a stricter or conflicting standard.
In the event of a dispute between you and mineph, you agree to first contact the mineph support team and allow mineph a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days, the matter shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or, where PAGCOR jurisdiction applies, to the relevant PAGCOR resolution process.
mineph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on file or through a notice prominently displayed on the mineph platform prior to the changes taking effect.
The effective date of any revised Terms will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the mineph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact mineph to request account closure.
